Jeminex is an Australian Industrial and Safety company, specialising in the distribution of a range of consumables and components to the resources, energy, construction and manufacturing sectors.

Jeminex comprises of 5 divisions, each consisting of a number of specialised activities built around well renowned brands. 

Jeminex is led by a dynamic, motivated and highly experienced Board of Directors and Senior Management team. Jeminex’s Executive Chairman, Kevin Clarke, was CEO of ASX200 listed industrial group Alesco Corporation Ltd from 1995 to 2006. Deputy Chairman Geoff Heatley established Heatley Sales in 1987 and has 35 years of experience in the industrial consumables market. Both are substantial shareholders in Jeminex.

AMP Capital is the largest investor in the Jeminex Group and other shareholders include founders and management of the trading businesses.
